Cannot find Insert OrgChart on application menu due to no longer exists.
Cause:
In Office 7.0 for Windows 95 applications, there is no 'Insert OrgChart' button on the 'Standard' toolbar, or 'OrgChart...' under the 'Insert' menu.
Solution:
Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Object...', and select 'Microsoft Organization Chart 1.0'.
To insert an organization chart in an Office 7.0 for Windows 95 application:
1) Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Object...'. (The Insert Object dialog box appears.)
2) Select 'Microsoft Organization Chart 1.0' from the 'Object Type' list box.

3) Do one of the following:
a) To insert a new organization chart, select the 'Create New' radio button.
b) To insert an existing organization chart, select the 'Create from File' radio button.
4) Click 'OK'.
